Charles Russell
Investment Advisor | Clarksville, VA Office
Charles Russell is a Virginia native, born and raised in Clarksville. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Charles also holds the Series 7 and 56 securities licenses and is a recognized life, health and annuities agent by the State of Virginia.
After gaining experience in banking and upper- level constructian management, Charles joined James River Advisors and began his focus on building a client base. He is an integral part of the advisory team and continues to help nurture our business growth. Charles believes part of his fiduciary duty is to help clients protect, sustain and transfer Wealth during their lifetirne by utilizing a disciplined, rule base investment strategy.
When Charles is not spending time with his wife, Diane, and their two daughters, Mattison and Hadley, he enjoys fly fishing kayaking and shotgun sports.

Wendy Marshall

Wendy Marshall has 15 years of client service experience in the financial services industry. Her many years of experience enable her to create tremendous value for both clients and the firm. In addition to the extensive knowledge she brings to the business, she is responsible for back office operations, focusing on the administrative and compliance work for the team. Wendy also provides the firm and our clients many ancillary benefits, such as her service as a notary public in Virginia.
She resides in the Elkton area with her husband and two sons. In her spare time, she loves playing volleyball, fishing, and various outdoor activities.
